Javascript не загружается на героку

Я пытаюсь развернуть приложение. Мой javascript отлично загружается при разработке, но не загружает его. Даже я не ошибаюсь в производстве. Если кому-то нужна дополнительная информация, пожалуйста, дайте мне знать.
Я уже пробовал команду ниже

heroku run rake assets: precompile --app my_app

Также я попробовал функцию alert(), она также не работает на heroku.
