PHP - Pagination выбирает правильное количество страниц, но не разделяет строки

Нижеприведенный код - попытка разбиения на страницы. Это не работает. Я играю с результатом, который имеет 49 строк. Если я использую $rowsperpage = 10;, код ниже будет иметь гиперссылки на 4 страницы внизу. Тем не менее, он по-прежнему отображает все 49 строк на первой странице, а щелчок на последующих страницах возвращает пустую страницу.

Итак, мой вопрос: как мне получить код ниже, чтобы правильно разделить и выделить строки среди страниц, следующих на странице 1?
